Equipment composition and functions
1.Waste gas pretreatment system
Scrubber: Removes dust and some water-soluble pollutants from the exhaust gas.
Demister: Reduces the humidity of exhaust gas and prevents scaling inside the RTO.
Flame arrester: Prevents sparks from entering the RTO and causing deflagration
2.RTO host system
Regenerative chamber: The ceramic packing adopts high heat capacity cordierite or silicon carbide ceramics, which are resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. The three-bed design features air intake and heat storage in Bed 1, high-temperature oxidation in Bed 2, and exhaust and heat storage in Bed 3, with a cycle switching.
Combustion chamber: Equipped with high-temperature resistant lining, multi-layer ceramic fiber module (with a temperature resistance of 1200℃), and built-in auxiliary burner
Temperature control: PID regulation to ensure stable oxidation temperature.
Hydraulic/pneumatic drive: Good sealing performance, response time < 1 second.
3. Thermal energy recovery system
Heat exchanger: An optional waste heat boiler or air preheater can be equipped to recover heat for the drying process.
Bypass chimney: Direct discharge in emergency situations
4. Control system
PLC/DDC control: Real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure and VOCs concentration.
Safety interlock: high-temperature alarm, flameout protection, automatic dilution when exhaust gas concentration exceeds the standard.
