The following is a detailed equipment plan for the RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) of the spray painting waste gas treatment project in Beijing's automotive industry, which is explained in combination with the treatment capacity, material characteristics and industry requirements:
1. System composition
Concentration rotor system
Processing air volume: 270,000㎥/h
Core component: Zeolite molecular sieve rotor (honeycomb structure, specific surface area ≥600㎡/g)
Split design: adsorption zone/desorption zone/cooling zone
Concentration ratio: 10-20:1
RTO body
Processing air volume: 48,000㎥/h (after concentration)
Structural form: Three-bed regenerative thermal oxidation furnace
Core parameters: Combustion chamber temperature: 800-850℃, retention time ≥1.0 second, thermal efficiency ≥95%, valve switching cycle: 2-5 minutes
2. Key equipment parameters
Exhaust gas characteristic adaptation design
Pollutant types: benzene series, esters, ketones and other VOCs
Initial concentration: 200-500mg/㎥ (3000-8000mg/㎥ after concentration)
Explosion-proof design: LEL monitoring interlock (preset 25% lower explosive limit alarm)
Heat recovery system
Heat storage ceramics: Divided into honeycomb ceramics/saddle ring packing, with a heat recovery efficiency of ≥95% and a temperature resistance of ≥1300℃
Waste heat utilization: It can be reused in the drying process
Emission control system
Secondary treatment: Quenching tower (cooled to below 200℃), wet scrubber tower (pH automatically controlled)
Online monitoring: Continuous monitoring of VOCs, NOx and particulate matter
