The following is a detailed introduction to the RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) equipment for the spray painting waste gas treatment project in Suzhou's chemical industry, combined with the industry characteristics and treatment requirements:
1.Basic parameters of the equipment
Processing air volume: 30,000 m³/h (Can be designed in a multi-bed structure, such as a three-bed RTO)
Waste gas type: Spraying waste gas
Purification efficiency: ≥98%
Operating temperature: 800-850℃
Heat recovery efficiency: ≥95%
2. Core system composition
(1) Waste gas pretreatment system
Spray tower: Remove paint mist particles
Dry filter box: Two-stage filtration
Exhaust gas buffer tank: Stabilize the air volume and set up LEL concentration monitoring
(2) RTO host system
Regenerative chamber: 3-bed structure, ceramic packing
Combustion chamber: Refractory materials (high alumina bricks + ceramic fiber modules, temperature resistance 1300℃)
Switching valve: Hydraulically driven, leakage rate < 0.1%
Burner: Proportional adjustment type
(3) Thermal energy recovery system
Plate heat exchanger: Preheating fresh air (for the drying process in the workshop)
Steam boiler: Waste heat generates steam at 0.5MPa, approximately 200kg/h
(4) Emission system
Rapid cooling tower: Cool down to below 200℃
Wet electrostatic precipitator: Removes PM2.5 (emission concentration < 10mg/m³)
3. Key design features
Explosion-proof design: The inlet pipeline is equipped with explosion relief plates (bursting pressure 0.15MPa), and the exhaust gas concentration is controlled below 25%LEL
Corrosion-resistant treatment: Components in contact with moisture are made of 2205 duplex stainless steel, and the heat storage body is coated with an acid-resistant coating (SiO2 content ≥99%).
