1. Overview

The Two Effect Waste Oil Recycle Evaporator is an advanced evaporation system designed for the efficient treatment and recycling of waste oil. Utilizing a dual-effect evaporation process, it significantly reduces energy consumption while achieving high concentration rates. This system is ideal for industrial applications requiring waste oil recovery and purification.

3. Working Principle

The Two Effect Evaporator operates in two stages to maximize thermal efficiency:

First Effect: Waste oil is preheated and introduced into the first evaporator, where heat (from steam or hot oil) causes partial evaporation.

Second Effect: The vapor from the first effect is used as the heat source for the second evaporator, further concentrating the oil.

This sequential process reduces energy consumption by reusing latent heat, making it more efficient than single-effect evaporators.

4. System Components

Preheater: Raises the temperature of incoming waste oil.

Evaporator Chambers : Facilitate staged evaporation.

Condenser: Cools and condenses vapor into distillate.

Vacuum System: Enhances evaporation efficiency by lowering boiling points.

Separation Unit: Removes water and impurities from the concentrated oil.

Control Panel: Automated system for temperature, pressure, and flow regulation.
